i don't know if anyone's cleared this up for you, but the files that you upload need to be in jpeg format. anything else needs to have a preveiw image because the veiwer needs to download files like bitmaps and gifs to their computer. just go into the 'save as' section once you've got your file open and save as a jpeg. it's the easiest way.

Ok, If ur the file ur not Jpeg or Png then it needs a preview image. This image must be 100x100 pixels , if its greater or larger it wont work XD. So u can change ur files to Jpeg or Png if u desire, but any other format needs a preview image . Hope me cleared that up

Sok u really sure u did that? else, try it over again, see if it would work , cause i dont know what else could be the problem.
